Beginning Yoga Nidra instructors training course

Nada Yoga, the Yoga of sound session

Nada Yoga sessions are conducted with instrumental music. It is, perhaps, nothing more known Yoga practice. There is outdoor music, also known as Ahata, and interior music or Anahata. La Ahata or foreign music are instrumental sounds that try to influence us and that help us listening to the internal sounds. 
Through music you can use the external vibrations to introvertir the mind and transcendent sound. Music is a great tool for internalisation.

Nada Yoga ultimately is a type of Raja Yoga, which allows us to reach the stage of Antar Mouna or inner silence through sound. For this reason, it is an excellent way of meditating. Development of the session:

  • Music of sitar live to promote the initiation to the practice.
  • Gayatri Mantra. Universal prayer of protection, purification and lighting.
  • Efipcio and therapeutic yoga. Practices aimed at promoting improvement in some ailments.
  • Mudras and Mantras for the self-healing.
  • Nada Yoga: Bhramari Pranayama / Nada Anusandhana
  • Antar Mouna or inner silence. It is the meditative state of profound understanding in which the subject reaches a knowledge real itself hidden behind layers of conditioning, fantasies, fears, desires and beliefs of all kinds.

We offer a full morning to Nada Yoga practice with the music of the Sitar, one of the most traditional musical instruments of the India, a good combination to experience inner peace and self-knowledge.

The development of compassion aims to transform the inner nature of a person, providing peace and an attitude of confidence towards life.

When we refer to cultivate compassion, we refer to achieve calm and well-being derived from enhancing our relationships; the relationship with ourselves, the relationship with each other and the relationship with the world that surrounds us. From this perspective, compassion is the way to strengthen the capacity we all to relate to what generates conflict in others and in ourselves. When we achieve understanding we reach freedom and there is the deep sense of happiness.
