Namaste, OM Namah Shivaya

I bow to the consciousness that you are. I recognize the divinity there is in you. Greeting to the eternal being who is expressed through your individuality... All these meanings are given in the mantra that they say adopting the Namaste mudra, a gesture of joining the palms of your hands and lightly rub the breastbone with the phalanges of the thumbs while he leans his head. Writes Emilio J. Gomez.

When performing Namaste, the typical Indian greeting, happen a wide range of full technical details of meaning. Hands joined palms made an imperceptible Atmanjali mudra, which consists of a soft exercise pressure between both hands. Such pressure represents the yearning for union of individual consciousness with universal consciousness.

The articulations of the phalanges rozan lightness with the sternum at the height where is located the kshetram or outside of the Anahata chakra, the emotional Center, awakening the consciousness of itself, of the Atman that inhabits the interior of all human beings.

Trunk and head lean gentle and at the same time... What beautiful gesture! How so simple and humble shown suppression of ego, even for a few moments. The inclination of the head represents the culmination of all the work of the Sadhana, spiritual practice, as it is indicator that the individual 'I' has been transcended.

Finally, if all this great mudra which encompasses almost all of the body include le Manasik Japa, the mental recitation of the mantra: OM Namah Shivaya... I bow to you... I recognise myself in you... Am you... Or as is usually done with Baikhari Japa, reciting aloud. Or better yet, in the form of whisper, with Upanshu Japa, where practically only hears it the transmitter and its partner.

To relate with others you don't need anything else. Everything is there. All. The humility which guarantees an open and clear, relationship knowledge that grants recognition of the real nature of the partners, the tune and empathy necessary for a deep communication... Two hearts found... and have been recognized in the other one.

OM Namah Shivaya... Nothing more we need to say or do. The mantra and its meaning it contains everything. Absolutely everything.

So the magic of communication from heart to heart that this arouses mantra is should be done with the solemnity that it deserves. Do not run. Do so slowly... Looking in the eyes of your similar straight and while watching him board the palms of your hands and looks for your heart with your thumbs.

Only when you find it leans slightly the upper body forward, performing a reverence that nobility overflows. It concludes inclination with a slight gesture of the head, while mentally or in the form of a whisper, always while looking in the eyes of your partner, always without fail to perceive your own heart and his at the same time, it feels... Express...

Avoid even to translate these words into your language. Just feel it, feel its meaning. Melt you in a cosmic embrace of energy, joy and happiness. It is not for less, two hearts have been found.
