How did you to yoga?
I was born in a sufi family where are advised to practice yoga. In one of the large branches of Sufism, yoga is considered a discipline that accelerates the spiritual evolution, favors meditation and the control itself, key elements in this way. The idea of practicing yoga is present in all the Sufi cultivated. Even the sufi tradition is recommended to get the truth to the India or China. All these reasons led me to the practice of yoga.

Very young, I had the great pleasure to meet with the Shankara Yogi, who was traveling in Africa, and I started in Mantra Yoga. It is necessary to adapt yoga without distorting it, based on the traditions of the India, China and the ancient Egypt to better respond to all therapeutic, psychological, and spiritual needs of present humanity. Although yoga is an ancient discipline, its applications are more than ever topical. In addition to the therapeutic aspects, there are many other areas where yoga can be a great help, even for people who are not interested in the path of spiritual research; for example, in the sport.
