Happiness Yoga

Well, maybe I do not know what touches us ex officio in the image that we are dedicated to yoga: clothing, beading, styling, let and ways... At the end a little meet a strange image which is not known well what should be, but that varies between American athlete, a bearded Indian swami and the master Yoda from the star wars. This in terms of men.

So when you put the welfare of others to own, it is also, somehow, because it makes us feel better, just like mothers and fathers for their offspring. And we practice yoga for the same reason.

There will be who argues that the ultimate goal of yoga is the Samadhi, Great release, capital lighting, or what you want. But who practice asanas, pranayama and meditation, if it is sincere before him, with his hand on the heart, trust in some way, achieve greater well-being. Which would be, without a doubt, a great achievement or, at least, a great goal.

So much so that santosha is one of the major moral orientations of yoga. And it is because, as we have said, there are people who still do not have emerged fully conscience this worthy goal. It can be argued that welfare, happy or happiness are not the same. Okay, but if they are not the same thing, they are very nearby. Who feels happy certainly is not unhappy.

The path is the goal

The practice of yoga is a wonderful tool to achieve greater happiness, joy or happy. And I'm going to explain how and why, according to my criteria. I usually advise - even in this series of articles of Yoga network on occasion - than one of the largest sources of wisdom is seen in the States of joy, happiness or happy they befall us so spontaneous. These States are a major gift to the people and it is advisable to season it with a little of attention and awareness. For the mental and emotional side, we are generous. We look to our fellow beings openly in the eyes. We are dicharacheros. We want to share our good feelings in some way. The practice of yoga has to do with all this from the moment, when practicing asanas, we want to get a physical position comfortably upright and relaxed (that is, happy), with a spacious trunk for the free movement of the heart, lung, and all internal organs. For its part the pranayama allow us to know and release the breath to be natural, wide and free (i.e., serenely cheerful). And, finally, meditation allows us to explore in our inside the pristine and true source of all happiness, wisdom, love and happy.

The karmic sense is this: a happy mind generates a physical position and breathing manifesting it. A body and breathing happy create a happy mind. Both operate in a parallel way. They are the same thing. Sometimes people conceive the karma (or the universe) as a cambalche of cause and effect. That is, we aim to reduce the unfathomable mysteries of the universe to a daily bank balance. When the action is positive karmically, join the cause and effect. In other words, qHo made good or good, is the first person receiving the benefit immediately. The path is the goal.

When we smile, we smile to the outside but also inside. (This I will give you reason to happiness professionals and dental technicians of the photos, which automatically smile against wind and tide). Yoga assists us and guides us: happiness and happy. This important search for own joy also has direct relationship with love to own. The content is not both an achievement and a goal. Moreover, all kinds of different events spread throughout our days. The storms of Samsara explode all the time. But, thanks to yoga, we can focus to the best, to the good. If I have a stone in the shoe I don't keep a smile photo, because I'm not a dental technician or a professional of happiness, but I'm going to one side and remove it, to better to walk forward, that is one so at ease and even with a good, nice and wide smile.
