Bikram Yoga

In a very heated atmosphere (35-40 degrees), this practice is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility and balance.

It requires full mental concentration.

Developed by Bikram Choudhury, this style of yoga focuses on asanas 26, including breathing exercises, which are made in series and stretch, warm up the muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the right order.

A typical Bikram yoga session starts with standing poses and continues with positions that require bending your back backward and forward.
