The three aspects of yoga
Now that many streams of what we might call modern "yogas" have betrayed the essence of true yoga, it is more necessary than ever remember three basic aspects of true yoga and dig a little in the same. Calle Ramiro writes.
As pointed out Mircea Eliade, yoga is the spiritual hub of the East. It is method, practice, psycho-spiritual training. It is the first method of human improvement of the ORB and isn't gymnastics, sport, or a religion or a cult or a dogma. It is a procedure specific to the conscious evolution and inner development.
A shed is the yoga as one spiritual technique; again, as a method of psychological sanitation; another as a Psychosomatic control system.

The role of meditation

We must cultivate correct thought to serve us in everyday life, but the journey to the inside is not supported only in thought, but in a special kind of intuition that really transforms. We have to learn to cope in everyday life and in our inner universe.
Meditation plays an essential role in the three aspects of yoga. Help spiritually, of course, and also cooperate in clean up and balance the psyche and harmonize the psychosomatic unit, preventing disorders in this sense. The scope of meditation is enormous, and not just take it as a technique of reassurance, because its end is the interior transformation to connect with our real nature. Meditation can not become a spiritual pain reliever. Its purpose is to give a twist to the mind that allows us to experience "shock of light" or special insights to get another way of perceiving and being.
More than 50 years has been Calle Ramiro teaching yoga. He began teaching at home and created an Academy of yoga correspondence for all Spain and Latin America. In January of l971 opened its Yoga Center Shadak, that have already passed more than half a million people. His 250 published works include more than fifty devoted to yoga and related disciplines. He has made Yoga the purpose and sense of his life, having traveled a hundred times to India, the homeland of yoga.
