The meaning of Yoga / and 5

Do we know where we want to go and where can lead us yoga when we aim to practice it? The tradition yogic, before proposing any technique, speaks of his sense of desirable objectives, the foundations of a solid practice and obstacles that we can find on the road. Meaning of yogaCelebration

The lesson is this: enter the market with its temptations and its hype, with its products and speculation, and not entangled in their brawls. Retiring from the world is an easy solution, although it is true that social death is the most difficult of all death and it is no wonder that, in the serenity of our solitary reflections, we have to go licking wounds. There is, however, another solution, say yes to the world but through of an action without action; the implosion of our selfishness through the selfless gesture and the exposure of hypocritical piety society and often we ourselves do gala either to camouflage our interest or to confound our enemies. Daunting task.

It is true that, most likely, we will end up sooner or later trapped in the Web world weaving around our motivations not revised. We need to get out of this maze wings as the son of Daedalus built with the feathers of the birds and the bees wax to soar above its walls. We would need wings, it is true, but not artificial as the Icarus, which fell into the abyss as rebuke us myth. We would need wings to go back above the forcefulness of things, above the bickering of its consequences, above also fierce competition where is won and, more often, is lost. These wings can only arise from the heart, only understood as extension of the I love can free us from the yoke of the stock.

It is not easy to talk about love because we have learned from well small many fictions that trace it perfectly but that are, to the dessert, a kind of tragicomedy. With one hand we tenderly pointed out the heart, but with the other, we have maintained a balance to make a calculation and make sure not to lose in the Exchange, and that, to the extent possible, are not going to be betrayed or abandoned.

Yoga with deep traditions speak of love, a love that is not strictly personal, that is not an exchange of romantic cards, but a deep love of existence. Life is steeped an intelligence so deep that it overflows on all sides, and this unfathomable part we don't understand well call back you mystery. When the Mystic enters is the forest not only touch the material and organic part of the forest, roza, if it is possible to put words, a breath which is not of this world. Identifies the external respiration that occurs at each station with the own internal, that presence that accompanies the blend of scents, with the presence felt in his own interior. He prostrates before this depth that simplify called divinity and leave stroke or tear it. The Bhagavad Gita It will tell us that Yoga is the discipline of devotion.

When one has taken off from the profane to land on the sacred hard it is entangled in the human miseries. Because the sacred is a presence that sneaks up to the marrow and makes us glimpse the Majesty of creation, the interrelation between deep of everything that exists, the certainty of impermanence that helps us to release us of so many and so many handles that promise stability and false security.

Devotional love is not only singing, making offerings and repeat prayers, is primarily a dialogue between my little me and my being, between you and the awareness that stands out in your vital horizon, between the universe that surrounds us and the reflection of the divine I find in every tree, every animal and each stone.

The response to this intimate relationship with the sacred manifests itself in an attitude of celebration. Life is not owned nor manipulated, life is granted and thank every morning, every relationship, every situation the opportunity to express that conscious life flows through us is a great gift. With that it is enough for us.

Always have sensed you, Yoga, ultimately, points to the release of all conditioning. If a drop didn't have the attraction of gravity or the wind push it would be quite spherical; If we were not constrained by the need or the vertigo of the existence probably would be spontaneous, uninhibited, and attentive. It would be true to our essence such as sphericity to the drop of water.

What prevents it? Firstly, our ignorance)ávidyā). We have confused essence by nature; the presence of the eternal present by the omnipotent dream of self; We have confused being by having and we have placed the appearances by who we truly are. We are ignorant even our shelves are filled with books and our walls of titles, We are unaware of having lost the connection with the soul of things.

Secondly, for that ignorance, we have a excessive identification with what we believe that we are (asmitā). There I a hypertrophied that it filters everything tastes sieve and gear their reasons, and fight to arm party for always having the right and gain in any Exchange.

Beyond the egocentric perspective, we may desire. We are beings with a background of dissatisfaction for a key that we have lost in the wrong place. Pleasant experiences promise a happiness of roller coaster, you momentarily rising to the heights to drop without prior notice. They are experiences substitute of a deep yearning. Sadly, we want to see God in the bottom of a glass of whisky and obviously harvest addictions that are difficult to solve. This is rāga, the next son of ignorance, and speaks of the carrot that we pursue in our experiences, that game chiaroscuro of desire that seduces us with one hand while frustrates us with the other.

We are in fourth place with dvesha, precisely the opposite of rāga: an irrational aversion to painful or traumatic experiences that we do not want to see or in paint. We unconsciously avoid situations where we feel threatened or vulnerable situations facing us with another or where we can lose our excessive control. We avoid situations which at the time were painful but which are today only ghosts of an unresolved past. We will limited and limiting to accept live at the edge of the non-existence.

Finally, abhinivesha It has to do with the fear that has been installed in all corners of our being. We are afraid to lose our stability, fear that things will change, fear of growing old, getting sick, to be marginalized, let your partner who does not love and our job unbearable. Everything but fear, especially fear of dying. We are afraid to live intensely because so much intensity requires us to assume a risk that betrays our fidelity to the comfort and safety. We live at half-throttle looking elsewhere when die the others, as if it were something that does not go with us, as if secretly we had in the glove box a life insurance to overcome death, or at least to postpone it.

Yoga talks about all this because Yoga is a response to the suffering. Dukha It is suffering, it is a living, a restriction to life, a limitation of our potential. This restriction is the result of that ignorance towards life, excessive identification with our selves, and their bias towards pleasure or escape pain. Dukha is above all fear, an emotional addition to the inherent fact of life. Cross it can be as simple as accepting that there is day and night, hits and errors, encounters and disencounters, pleasures and pains, as simple as accepting that we are born a day and that one day we have to die.

Yoga tells us that there is an exit to the psychological suffering and that, if we are able to disable the automatic mechanism that is activated in emotionally charged situations, we can free ourselves from that heavy wheel that crushes us.

Moksha is that liberation which is in the needle pointing north of Yoga. Extinguish the fire of desire, rid ourselves of our conditioning, remove ourselves of the frenetic activity of the mind to achieve peace.

Almost have to apologize for having needed so many words to define Yoga, but many faces has a mountain and can hardly draw all sides on a flat drawing on paper. It is necessary to understand that Yoga is like a land with many layers and many sediments, and analysis we need an in-depth study.

The wagon with which we started this definition is on the verge of reaching the goal, surely it has nothing to do with what we had imagined at the beginning, but being that it was traveling inside has returned to the source, has returned home. Set the source of who we are, our consciousness expands without limits, and that resembles the fullness, joy and ecstasy. Welcome to Yoga.
