Mudra: Apan Vayu-Mudra

Practicing mudras will help you to quiet your mind and therefore you will be easier to contact your real needs. It is also a way to return to your personal power, because running the positions you take your mental attention towards a goal and do your claims. so participate actively in your destination.

APAN Vayu mudra

Perform this mudra with both hands: bend the index; with the tip of the finger touching the base of the thumb, at the same time those of the middle and ring fingers rubbing the tip of the thumb. The little finger extended.

Practice as you need it, until it produces the desired effect, or as a priest three times a day for 15 minutes.

This position of the fingers can provide first aid before the first symptoms of a heart attack. It regulates many cardiac complications, and in cases of genuine emergency, even seems to be more effective than the Nitro (the most common remedy in these situations) pill under the tongue.

Heart attacks and also chronic cardiac disorders, do not fall from the sky; they are a clear signal of the need to reflect and plan a different life style. This mudra can also be practiced to heal and strengthen the heart in general.

Heart patients often are so bound by obligations which already do not perceive the "lack of sense" outside, lack them the necessary leisure time. It also costs them support the rest, always have to do something, whether it's at work or in leisure time, and commit themselves so much with things or someone who hardly have space in your life for your own needs. But they are precisely the moments of calm that feed the soul.

Take all the time in the world, even if you don't have it, to recreate the image. Listen, if want you, some music, music that you generate a sense of relief.

Vitamin E, present in wheat germ, magnesium and lemon balm (Melissa officinales l.) relax the tension of the heart.
