Yoga OnLine 32 class: series of Rishikesh

Again we present to our readers a full OnLine Yoga class produced by the international school of Yoga. It's a class guided by Mayte Criado.

The Rishikesh series is a set of 12 asanas mothers which are called this way by the town close to the Himalayas where they originated. Taught by Swami Sivananda, this series is not only stretch but it also opens the chakras. It increases the strength of the spine, strengthens bones, circulatory and immune systems. Accompanied by pranayama, asanas can calm the mind and reduce stress. With its regular practice, the physical health and mental and even the prevention of diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and arthritis can be guaranteed.
