Bhramara Mudra or bee alleviates allergies and conditions related to these. Highly recommended for prone, as fall and spring seasons

Bhramara Mudra

Performed with both hands. Place the index finger at the recess of the thumb and the tip of the thumb next to the nail of the middle finger. The ring and the little finger are extended.

Practice 4 times a day for 7 minutes. If you have more time practicing up to 8 times a day for 20 minutes.

The name of this mudra comes from an Indian dance and represents the bee. Currently we use products of the bees against allergies, and this mudra produces the same effect.

The cause of the allergy is a weakened immune system or an impoverished intestinal flora. You have to know that antibiotics and many other medications affect the intestinal flora. The consequences are mucus in the frontal sinuses, bronchi and intestinal tract, as well as the emergence of a variety of rashes. The change of time, pollen and animal hairs are only triggers, but not the cause.

Allergy sufferers should not eat meat, or take very little, tomatoes, hot peppers, Kiwi or strawberries, or drinking milk.

Practice yoga on a regular basis, running and walking helps to strengthen the immune system. Eliminate stress and relax enough also is important.
