Mudras / Surabhi Mudra

Surabhi Mudra or Mudra of cow is effective for rheumatism and arthritis, since these diseases tend to be chronic or are latent in the person much before its manifestations or headaches can be perceived. This mudra must practice it for quite some time.

Realization:

The little finger of the left hand rests on the right ring finger and the little finger of the right hand in the ring on the left. At the same time, the middle of each hand fingers rely on the index of the other. The thumbs remain widespread.

Practice 3 times a day for 15 minutes.

If you suffer from rheumatism arthritis and/or, it take to turn a healthy and light diet and drink lots of green tea to put an end to these painful discomfort.

Concentrate first on the exhalation, and imagine that whenever you exhale the air leaves your body a dark cloud. This cloud contains the energy burned, the escorificaciones, headaches, and also very importantly, all thoughts and negative emotions.

Over time, let the cloud which loop will becoming increasingly clear.
