Mudras: Pran Mudra

This is the mudra of life, which increases overall vitality, reduces tiredness, nervousness, and improves the view. For this reason used to alleviate eye conditions. At the psychic level it gives perseverance and self confidence.

With both hands: join the fingertips of the thumb, ring and pinkie, while the rest of the fingers remain extended.
