Removal of Yoga: Tantra, consciousness and energy
Retiring is something that all yoga practitioner should do as part of their sadhana. Aushadhi School of Yoga offers its expected annual retreat, which will be dedicated to Tantra, creating a very powerful group living through the beauty and effectiveness of their techniques. From April 30 to May 3 in El Cielo de la Vera, Cáceres.
With experience, study and rigour of its three resident teachers: Eva Espeita (Swamini Radhananda Saraswati), Marta Espeita and Victor G. Cross.
“Tantra is a ed. Tantra is a experience. But, above all, Tantra is a attitude, a State of the be.”
We realize where we come from, the course of history: how we have gone from superstition to the dogma of the dogma to rationality, of rationality to nihilism... and something is empty in our hearts, in the deepest "that" what we call 'be'.
Somewhere in us echoes the freedomthe Ecstasy that is its consequence, sweeping the pure existence of joy and celebrationthe Love that holds all things. Inevitably, since the maximum honesty and discarding the mask (chosen) pain, us We are "that".
Tantra is a proposal that has appeared many times throughout history, but that under that name and shape corresponds to a mistico-filosofica heterodoxy that crosses all the India culture. A universe of overwhelming symbolic and conceptual richness, a kind of ideal proposal for a full life in all possible fields, where it not only does not reject anything, but embraces all as an expression of the mysterious and sacred future of the existence.
This retreat is a great opportunity for all those wishing to delve into Tantra at theoretical and practical levels, from knowledge and enjoyment, rigour and beauty.
- Clarify concepts and framework for action tantra.
- Offer Tools actual Tantric for personal work.
- Offer experiences of transformation inspired by the tradition in a dip format, which is key to the effectiveness of the meditative practices.
- Facilitate the contact and group experience of the Sangha (Group of practitioners) in nature, an ideal setting for this purpose.
-Definition of Tantra according to three themes:
- Historical framework
- Filosofico-simbolico framework
- Hatha Yoga (body)
- Raja Yoga (mind)
- Kundalini-kriya (energy)
- Nothing - Mantra Yoga (sound)
- Trataka-Yantra-mandala (image)
- Yoga Nidra (conscious dream)
In this sense, he is instructed in theory and individual practices, will be in couple and group of:
– Hatha Yoga (Body)
From the approach and methodology characteristic Aushadhi School of yoga, an investigational product in constant dialogue between tradition and a combination of the elements that are most relevant to us of the schools of modern Yoga, as well as related disciplines, We will conduct practices of Hatha Yoga including all its branches: Shatkarma, Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha and Yoga of sound with an emphasis on Dwadashanta (spaciousness).
– Raja Yoga (Mind)
We will work the quieting of the mind and the development of the concentration through subtle ancestral resources that constitute the heart of the tradition of Yoga.
– Kundalini-Kriya Yoga (Power)
Kundalini Kriya Yoga practices are genuinely Tantric and constitute the natural evolution of the traditional Hatha Yoga, a sublimation which explores the more subtle aspects of the energy practice through an explicit work with the NADIS (energy channels) and chakras (wheels or energy centers). In this context, we will make integrated practices that combine elements of bandhas, mudras, mantras, pranayamaapplied symbols and displays. In addition, we will explore the depth of the White tantra (dynamics of meditative energy partner).
– NĀda-Mantra Yoga (Sound)
The Mystic sound is present as an element fundamental in all the ancient traditions of the India; However, we can say that It is precisely in Tantra which produces the maximum exaltation and refinement of the sound working as alchemical and magical practice. In this context, we will collectively explore the power of some particularly relevant experiences: mantra japa (recitation of mantras Tantric for the invocation of our primordial forces, symbolized as archetypal deities), ajapajapa (inherent to breath mantra), chakra mantras bīja (mantras-seed of the chakras), Nada anusandhana (internal listening of the primordial sound).
We will also have the chance to feel the power of music as the Yoga of sound)Nada) through the presence of Sunyatathat they will provide their live music and they will generate Sonic spaces throughout the duration of the withdrawal.
– Trataka-Yantra-mandala (Image)
Exploration of the visual aesthetic dimension of the Tantric tradition creating, in group, through a ritual practice in combination with the recitation of mantras, a Mandala large collective.
Study, in conjunction with sound practices, of the yantras (geometric symbols that are home to a huge transformative potential for tradition).
– Yoga Nidra (conscious dream)
Deep exploration of this technique, adapted from the Nyasa Tantric, involving the a State of deep relaxation induction in which is possible to the access to strata of consciousness usually veiled in the unconscious, allowing intensely transformative experiences.
