Rudra Mudra is used to relieve heart disorders, dizziness, organic decays, and general States of exhaustion.

Sit comfortably with your back straight and Chin and chest high. Inhale and exhale through the nose. With both hands, joining the tips of the thumb, index, and ring, while the other fingers are extended and relaxed.

Hold this position for at least five minutes. You can make the Rudra Mudra from three to six times a day.

If you imagine that you are in the center of a wheel, the wheel can rotate as much as you want; It will not affect you.
