Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga, simple, powerful, and easy to learn.

A practice quiet sitting, supine postures or with support for minutes to maintain mobility in the connective tissue.

Most of the positions work the lower back and hips because the dense connective tissue of these joints requires attention and care. Yin postures mobilize the flow of prana, releasing energetic blockades.
